Our prices have not been increased in over five years, and are considerably lower than nearly all of our competition (less than half in many cases). We are also consistently faster and make fewer trips per completed service call. That saves you even more money in the long run.

LOCALLY OWNED
The greater Golden area is not just our business location, but our home too. Despite its current rate of new growth, Golden is still a relatively small town, with a limited number of households. Thus, we have a huge investment in making every customer a repeat customer. This is something that we strive for that most appliance service companies don't even have to worry about because they have the entire metro area as potential customers. We have intentionally chosen to narrow our focus, and I can happily report that an overwhelming majority of our customers eventually call us back for other needs, or refer us to their friends and family.

HONESTY, INTEGRITY, RESPONSIBILITY
These are not just advertising buzz words to us. We know our customers personally, and they know us. Many of them lead very busy lives, and routinely grant us access to their homes to complete their service while they are at work or elsewhere. Many of them will even leave us a blank check to fill out once service is completed. This kind of trust must be earned, and it is an honor and a responsibility that we at Peak do not take lightly.

NO SECOND TRIP CHARGE
Over 85% of the time, we have the necessary parts on the truck to fix the problem on the very first visit. However, Should the need arise to order parts and make a second trip out, we will not charge you a second trip charge. Doing so is a very common trick used by our competitors to allow them to quote you a ridiculously low trip charge, but make no mistake ... you will pay the difference (and usually more) by the end of the job.
