TRIP CHARGE - $50
This covers the cost of a service call anywhere within our standard service area (see map below).
For this amount, we will arrive at your home (on time), give you an honest and thorough diagnosis of the problem, and recommend the course of action that is best for YOU, not for US. We will then tell you the EXACT dollar amount of the necessary repairs to the appliance.
This amount is considerably less than that charged by nearly all of our competition (less than half in most cases).
We charge one trip charge per COMPLETED service call, not one for each trip like many of our competitors do. If we don't bring the right parts on the first trip, that should come out of OUR pocket, not YOURS.
LABOR RATE - $50 Per Hour
Only when we have your approval will we proceed with the necessary repairs. If no repair is made, no labor costs will be charged, and all we collect is the trip charge.
This rate is also much lower than most of our competitors, and we are consistently faster and make fewer trips per completed service call. That saves you even more money in the long run.
WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND EMERGENCY SERVICE - $50 Surcharge
We are fully prepared to handle all appliance-related emergencies quickly and thoroughly. We are also capable of resolving any subsequent electrical or plumbing issues, thereby eliminating the need to pay additional charges for other service professionals.
